Fall Creek Falls is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga. We are at an average elevation of 1800 feet above sea level, because we are located on the Cumberland Plateau, a unique geologic feature that runs from Kentucky to almost Alabama.

Comprised mainly of limestone, sandstone and shale, the plateau has many gulfs and escarpments which has attracted mankind for thousands of years.
